About me

With 10 years working as a children's speech and language therapist, I have gained a breadth of experience across a wide range of communication needs.

My experience spans a range of needs including:

  • Autism and Social Communication Differences (your child's attention, interaction and communication skills may present differently to other children their age)

  • Non-verbal communication (your child may not yet be talking and may need support in developing other ways to communicate about their needs, wants and interests)

  • Language Delays or disorder (your child may have difficulty with understanding language and following instructions or may not be talking or have difficulty in expressing their thoughts and ideas)

  • Speech sound delays or disorders (your child may have difficulty with using sounds clearly and it may be hard for others to understand them)

I have had the privilege of supporting families through the challenges of developmental difference, diagnostic processes and through transitions such as starting school. I am passionate about children achieving their communication potential and participating with their families and in their wider worlds.

I have a Speech and Language Therapy BSc(Hons) degree, I’m a member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists and am registered with the Health Care Professions Council. I am also a member of the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice.
